Established in February 2006, Dongyang Shenglin Plastic Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer focused on the development of PLA material products. It has been 16 years since the development of PLA thermoformed products for mass production.
In 2007, with the technical support of The Chinese Academy of Sciences, our company developed and commercialized PLA products together with Zhejiang Hisun. From 2008 to 2010, we have successively obtained the national invention patent for "PLA sheet production process and equipment" and "PLA thermoforming product product production process and equipment". At present, we have mastered the core technology of PLA sheet and thermoforming production and the production process, our production technology and research and development ability are at the advanced level in China.
As a key production and sales enterprise in the field of PLA products in China, we have the stable support of raw material suppliers. We have established long-term cooperation agreements with Hisun and Corbion.
At present, our company has an annual output of 3000 tons.
We have 1 American Davis Standard sheet production line, 4 domestic sheet production lines, and 18 thermoformed product production lines.
Our main products are disposable PLA cold drink cups, portioned pot lids, deli containers, hinged deli containers and lids for them, etc.
We are constantly expanding our production scale in response to the increasing sales demand.
In 2015, we established a branch company, Zhejiang Green Biomaterials Co., Ltd.
Currently we have 9 large injection molding lines with an annual production capacity of 2000 tons.
It mainly manufactures and operates PLA injection molded products such as disposable CPLA tableware and durable household products.
Our factory has the system certification of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, as well as BSCI and BRC certificates.
Our products meet EN13432 and ASTM6400 standards, and all have BPI and DIN certifications. We are an enterprise with a steep history and a strong sense of social responsibility.
We strive to do our part for the environmental protection of the earth.
In the future, we will continue to actively develop new environmental products, such as home compostable products, marine degradable products, etc., all of which are the direction of our efforts.
